Cancellation Policy

At The Refinery, each appointment is curated with intention and reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide exceptional service to all clients, we kindly ask that you honor the policies below. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest. Late Cancellations Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% service fee, charged to the card on file. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your final total. Deposits may not be transferred to another date if proper notice is not provided. Late Arrivals If you arrive 10+ minutes late, your service may be adjusted out of respect for the next guest. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation. ⸻ Thank you for valuing our time and artistry.
